What do we use your personal data for?

We will process your personal data when you enter our competitions. Your personal data will be used by MATEX IBÉRICA, S.L. to contact participants about competition-related issues, before and after an event, to identify participants, check their age, contact winners or carry out and monitor prize-giving.

What types of personal data do we process?

We will process the following categories of personal data:

• contact information such as: name, address, email address, and telephone number
• age
• information provided for the prize draw/promotion

Who has access to your personal data?

We send your details to the companies that run the promotions and those responsible for sending out prizes. These companies will only use them to provide you with the services mentioned above.

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent when you decide to participate in a competition.

Right to withdraw your consent:

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. By doing so, MATEX IBÉRICA, S.L. will not be able to offer you the services mentioned above.

We will keep your personal data for 90 days from the end of the competition.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY FOR THE PROCESSING OF DATA STORED ON THE OFFICIAL MATEX IBÉRICA, S.L. PAGE ON THE SOCIAL NETWORK

In accordance with the duty of information established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD) MATEX IBÉRICA, S.L., “the Responsible Party”, wishes to inform the users of this social network of the policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of those people who voluntarily access and use the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s official page on said social network.
